My dear friend Carole Wilson-passed away august 1st 2005, aged 54yrs.Carole died from cancer after a tremendous fight to conquer this devastating illness.
Carole had a wonderful caring husband ,Dennis and a son Jame's whom she idolised. Carole came form a loving family- mother and father, with several sister's and a brother too.
Carole lived in kimberworth as a child and lived in wickersley with her husband and son until she left us .
I worked with Carole for a few years at a residential home- we worked on nights together and became such good friends-we'd laugh together, cry together and had a bonding friendship that i will always remember.
Carole was so full of life , so full of fun,she loved to dance and we even did the odd conga while on duty !!!! I tried so hard to help my dear friend through her illness , i would have moved mountains if i could have, butsadly carole lost her battle with this terrible disease and was surrounded with love from her family and myself at the time she left us.
I will never ever forget her, and was proud to have had such a special friend in my life.
Love you always my friend-safe in the arm's of the angel's

they always take the special ones

we lost my mother in law carole to lung cancer in may 2005 .No matter what you try to do it does not seem to help at the time ,all you can do is listen to their fears and try to put their minds at rest,by making promises you know you will be able to keep, when they have gone.your friend sounded just like my mother in law full of fun and happiness .I know now you friend will be at peace and my thoughts are with you and her family.Rest in peace carole
